Q: When does billing start?
A: For TK/K, billing begins at the quarter hour prior to them arriving. If they are out of school at 12:55, billing begins at 12:45. 1st - 5th grade billing begins at 2:30.
Q: What are the monthly fees / cost for Kids Club?
A: Parents fill out monthly contracts with the days and times that they need for that month. The hourly contracted rate is $9.50/hr and the drop-in rate is $11/hr. There is a $5 fee per day when turning in contracts late.
Q: Can I just show up and drop off my kids if I am not signed up for the day?
A: If you are a currently enrolled family, Kids Club does allow drop-ins, but you must call before that day or the morning of to check if we have the available space.
Q: What happens if I pick my child up past the contracted time but before closing:
A: That extra time will be billed at the drop-in rate by the quarter hour. If pickup time in contracted for 5pm, but pickup occurred at 5:40, that would be .75 hours extra time.
Q: What happens if I pick up my child after 6pm (4pm in Summer / No School Days)?
A: There is a $10 fee for every 10 minutes past 6pm. For example, 6:00 - 6:10 would be a $10 fee and another $10 would be added if pickup is past 6:10 and before 6:20.
Q: What should I do if my child needs to take medication while at Kids Club?
A: Please refer to the parent handbook for information on administering medication. We will have forms for you to pick up and fill out here at Kids Club.
